Omaha, Neb. – the Metropolitan Utilities District of Omaha, the metropolitan Omaha area’s drinking water provider, is monitoring conditions on the Missouri and Platte Rivers. M.U.D.’s facilities are operating normally and water continues to meet all State and federal standards.
M.U.D. will continue to closely monitor conditions, including potential ice jams and flooding. M.U.D. will provide more information if the situation changes resulting in the potential to impact operations. Water quality and safety are of the utmost importance to M.U.D.
