Need Help Paying Your Bill?

For 40 years, our customers have been helping each other by supporting the District’s utility assistance program, the Home Fund. Through bill round-up, recurring monthly pledges and other donations, our customer-funded program has provided assistance to more than 37,000 households.

Unfortunately for many, the need for help continues to grow. If you find yourself struggling to pay your bill, please visit our Home Fund page to learn more about how you can request help. Eligibility guidelines are available and a variety of resources are outlined.
