Downtown Branch Closing June 30

After much consideration, the decision has been made to cease operations at our branch office, located at 444 S. 16th Street, effective June 30, 2023.

This decision was not made lightly, and we remain committed to serving our customers. We have partnered with several community businesses to accept in-person payments. A complete list of locations can be found here. The list will be updated in the coming weeks as we add more partners throughout our communities.

A variety of other payment options are available to all customers, including these 24/7 options:

• Online via MyAccount at mudomaha.com.
• Automated phone menu at 402.554.6666
• Touch-screen kiosk at the entrance of our Operations Center at 3100 S. 61st Ave., Gate 1.

Customers may also mail payment and remittance stub in the envelope provided in your bill. Paperless and recurring payment options are also available.
