The District offers a variety of bill payment options, including:
Pay on-line 24/7 via “My Account”
- You may pay with electronic check (eCheck) or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
- For added convenience, you can save your banking information in the “Wallet” feature to set up recurring payments.
- After receiving their account number, new customers may enroll in recurring eCheck or credit/debit to waive deposit. For step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for recurring payments, visit this page.
Please Note: Access to the M.U.D. website is currently restricted from IPOs outside of the United States. When located outside of the U.S., please use one of our many other payment options. Thank you.
Pay 24/7 with eCheck or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) via the automated phone menu at 402.554.6666.
Use the self-service kiosks or payment window at the OPPD/M.U.D. office, 444 S. 16th St.
- The touch-screen kiosks will accept eChecks, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), or cash, weekdays (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Note: The kiosk will not provide change.
- To access your account, you will need your M.U.D.; account number or service address; and the last four digits of your social security number. You will have the option to print a receipt, have it emailed to you, or both.
- For eChecks you will need your bank account number and routing number.
- You will have the option to print a receipt, have it emailed to you, or both.
- Or, drop your check, money order or cash payment in the deposit box, 24/7.
Pay 24/7 in the entrance at the M.U.D. Operations Center, 3100 S. 61st Ave., Gate 1.
