The District offers a variety of bill payment options, including:
- Pay on-line 24/7 via “My Account”. You may pay with electronic check (eCheck) or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). For added convenience, you can save your banking information in the “Wallet” feature to set up recurring payments. New customers may enroll in recurring eCheck to waive deposit.
- Pay 24/7 with credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) via the automated phone menu at 402.554.6666.
- The branch office is temporarily closed, however the self-service kiosks are available at 444 S. 16th St. The touch-screen kiosks will accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), checks and cash, weekdays (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Note: The kiosk will not provide change. To access your account you will need your M.U.D. account number or service address and the last four digits of your social security number. You will have the option to print a receipt, have it emailed to you, or both.
- Use the self-service payment kiosk at our Operations Center, 3100 S. 61st Ave., Gate 1. The touch-screen kiosk will accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and eChecks, 24/7. Note: To access your account you will need your M.U.D. account number or service address and the last four digits of your social security number. For eChecks you will need your bank account number and routing number. You will have the option to print a receipt, have it emailed to you, or both.
- Visit the cashier window at our branch location, 444 S. 16th St. The cashiers will accept cash, checks or money orders, weekdays (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Mail payment and remittance stub in the envelope provided in your bill.
- Drop your payment at the 24/7 deposit box at the Operations Center, 3100 S. 61st Ave., Gate 1.
- A number of banks, Hy-Vee stores and OPPD also accept M.U.D. payments (see below).
