Some Metropolitan Utilities District customers have received scam calls from people attempting to collect payment or asking for credit card or other personal financial information. Please do not give the caller any information and call 402.554.6666 to report it immediately. These callers are sophisticated and may have caller ID that says M.U.D. or shows the Customer Service phone number. Some may be an 800 number for another utility company.

- We do not collect payments at customers' homes or businesses.
